Embroidery, Silk printing and transfer printing
Although various processing can be performed on hats, we will explain about the three methods, “embroidery. silk priniting, and transfer printing”, which have a proven experience. Each processing has advantages and disadvantages, but we will propose according to your needs!
・Embroidery : Threads are sewn directly onto the fabric with a sewing machine to express letters and illustrationsl.
・Silk printing : A process in which a plate is made for each colors and printed with ink.
・Transfer prinitng : A process in which a sheet is created with a full-color printer and thermoconpression bonded.

Embroidery
It is luxuruisou and excellent durability. Recommended not only for events but also for uniforms.
・Characteristics : It has a high-class feel and can express characters and illustraions with a good texture.
・Disadvantages : The tooling cost and prcessing fee are set slightly higher
・Durability : Highly durable as it is sewn directly into the fabric.
・ If the font type is already made, the tooling cost is free .It may not be possible to express a detailed design.
・Characteristics : It has a high-class feel and can express characters and illustraions with a good texture.
・Disadvantages : The tooling cost and prcessing fee are set slightly higher
・Durability : Highly durable as it is sewn directly into the fabric.
・ If the font type is already made, the tooling cost is free .It may not be possible to express a detailed design.
Normal Embroidery
It is geberakkt called flat embroidery. Colored threads are sewn into the fabric with a special embroidery machine to express the design.
3D Embroidery
Insert the special urethane material on the fabric and sew in on with the embroidery machine. 3D expression of about 3 to 5mm is possible and looks good.
Embroidery Patch
Embroidery felt, embcloth, and heat-bond to hat. The shape of the patch can be freely decided by heat cutting.
Silk Printing
It is a cheap, fast ,and recommended processing method when a large amout is required.
・Feautures: The larger the quantity, ther cheaper it can be made.
・Disadvantages: In the case of multiple colors, the plate fee will be charged for each color.
・Durability: Since it is printed with a special paint, you can expect some durability.
・We cannot make designs that are too detailed or that have more than three colors.

About silk printing
Silk printing is most recommended when you want to produce the same print contents in large quantities at low cost.
For mass production, it can be made at a fairly low cost.
About silk printing colors
For hats, we recommend prining up two colors. If it is larger than that, there may be off-registration and printing may not be possible.
Transfer Printing
Transfer printing is a processing method in which color priining output on a dedicated sheet and thermocompression bonding is performed
・Feautures: The number of color is in variety, and so as gradations and elaborate designs.
・Disadvantages: The design will be rimmed by specification
・Durability : Durability is inferior to silk printing.
*It is suitable for small lot orders as it does not require a printing fee.

・ You don’ t have to pay for the tooling cost fee, so you can make from one piece. It is suitable for small lot orders such as clubs and events usage wher you want only ten hats.
Color choice
・Since it is output by a dedicated color printer, it produces beautiful colors. You can also print full-color photos, you can also process memories to make a hat.
